By creating an account, signing in, adding funds, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

1. The service

Ethio Viral is a digital shop for gift cards, subscriptions, and top-ups, plus social media growth services (followers, views, and similar). Orders are fulfilled through our suppliers. Services may change, pause, or stop without notice when suppliers or platforms change.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate email and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person must not share accounts to bypass limits or abuse promotions.

3. Wallet, prices, and currency

• Most purchases use prepaid wallet balance in ETB (Ethiopian Birr) or USD display equivalents from our rates API.
• Prices on the site can change when suppliers or exchange rates change.
• Deposits are reviewed according to each payment method; wallet credit is not instant until the payment is confirmed.
• Wallet balance is for purchases on Ethio Viral; cash-out to bank or mobile money is not offered in the app unless owner publishes separate rules.

4. Orders and delivery

• Digital goods may be delivered as redeem links/codes in your account or as completed social metrics on the target you provide.
• You must supply correct links, usernames, or IDs; errors can cause failed or partial delivery.
• Start times vary by service (instant to hours or days). Status appears in Orders.
• We do not guarantee specific results on third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, game publishers, etc.). Platforms may remove metrics or suspend accounts under their own rules.
• You agree to follow each platform’s terms; illegal or abusive use of our service is forbidden.

5. Third-party brands

Trademarks and logos belong to their owners. Ethio Viral is not affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok, Netflix, or other brands unless explicitly stated.

6. Prohibited use

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment proofs, or attempting to bypass security.
• Harassment, spam, or illegal content targets.
• Unauthorized reselling where your tier does not allow it.
• Scraping or automated access except through documented API keys you own.

7. Refunds and disputes

Refund rules are in the Refund Policy. Many adjustments credit wallet balance rather than reversing bank transfers. Open Support or a ticket from the Refunds page for order issues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law (as permitted under applicable Ethiopian law (counsel to review)), our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order in the prior twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or platform actions against your social accounts.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms (see date above). We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or create risk for other customers.

10. Governing law

Laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (owner and counsel to confirm courts or arbitration venue). Electronic transactions on this site should be read together with applicable electronic transaction and consumer protection rules in Ethiopia.
